Try out Alteryx designer cloud. Talk to their sales. Deals are mostly negotiable. Cloud is cheaper though. Still in development, but works mostly fine.

Im not willing to pay more than i pay for Excel. I doubt they'll charge me that

I think you can signup a trial for the cloud product and then move forward from there
