Feeling exhausted at my startup(3YOE/32L CTC). Anyone else feeling the same way?
I can't seem to relate to much of the hustle junta out there. I mean I have a cushy job with decent equity(pretty much like all of us do). But these startup roles have been taking a mental toll on me. Like I am getting paid but I feel a little purpose-less. What am I gunning for in this life?
If I could leave tech tomorrow and do a normal non-corporate job for the exact same pay I would run a small cafe in Koramangala. Now that I am in the startup scene I have nothing to look forward to.
Any of you all feeling this way? Because I don't see myself chasing another funding round and feeling much happy about that either.

You don't need to be passionate about your job. You can just keep a job to fund your passions
