Alternate Path of IT jobs

Hi, I have been to get jobs/internship in analytics for 6 months, but not getting any response. Now I am getting worry about my career. I just want to know is there any other career path besides IT sector where I can make my career and earn decent money if anyone cracked the code please guide me. Btw I have yr of exp as medical representative ( field sales job)
