Allocation request going to RMG , does it mean that I am in fluidity list ? Or is it going for all associates?

Depends on the grade.. and ofcourse RMG will approve your allocation.. it's normal

You are in that fuc*** list bro... Generally, allocation requests go to the supervisor...

It totally depends on the project and the current directions given to follow.

If you are going cross Unit then it goes to current RMG first before being transferred to the other RMG of that Unit.

Some Project or account cases your allocation will be approved by RMG prior to going to supervisor.

Given the current situation they may have introduced some filtration policy to check and approve at RMG first before sending the allocation further.

Allocation extensions should go for supervisors only. If there is a new allocation it will go for RMG approval. So you can check with your DM .
