Allocation mafia - SBI Project, Belapur

SBI projects are catching unallocated members like the mafia and doing allocation without consent. How can we protect ourselves from such mafia ? This mafia is forcing employees to join the project

Seems like SBI project in itself is hell. No WFH chances whatsoever, Come to Saturdays as per bank policy but never dare to ask for compoff, you want a project change? Well the only way round is resignation. You want to reduce your notice Period? You are billable to the client, sorry. You want xyz sorry can't give you xyz. After some time you get smtg even worse.

I never wish to join that project. SBI has attempted to allocate but luck by chance I was safe. I have fought much more. I never wish to do it again fighting
