Allocation issue in TCS
I had been reporting to a project ( as the project manager asked )for more than 15 days , neither did they give me allocation nor informed rmg that I have been selected for their project ( manager said it will be taken care of ). But RMG has escalated the issue to HR and HR started inquiring about this to me and warned me . I don't know what mistake I have made !
Later they gave me future allocation only and not for those 15 days , when I inquired about this , they informed me that back allocation is not possible. Because of unallocation during this period , I received a mail from RMG head to give explanations for the same and I have been added to their defaulter's list too . I have replied to the mail stating that all things that had happened .
Immediately the Next day the manager started shouting at me in front of everyone in odc. I'm still not sure what the issue I have created ! . This unallocation also led to QVA drop . Not sure what measures to take from my side
You shouldn't report to the project until you get the allocation. Either you need to ask your future project manager to put an official mail or need to be reported to RMG without fail. I am also in the same situation now. Currently I am reporting to RMG, informing my project manager like " i will report to the project post allocation ". They also agreed on that..
