Allocation blocked by RMG
I had one round discussion with he and rmg in sep month and my supervisor sent business justification mail to retain me and asked me to continue the work in the project as i didnt get any call from HR but yesterday i got to know they unable to allocate in ultimax getting error like pls contact rmg head so whats their plan?they are waiting for what?
What were your last 2 Bands? Did you ask for release or put down papers earlier anytime ?
What discussion happened with HR and RMg in first round.Were you Unallocated at that time
No i was in project only and having allocation till sep 30…They told me that if you get call from us for second round treat it as exit so in meanwhile try to extend your project allocation with approval of rmg head

They just want to extend your unallocation days better talk with RMG face to face and solve this case or u terminated and ur TCS life will be at end .U will lose everything
