I was in bench and allocated to project.. just after 10 days of allocation I got release mail request.manager said like new project will be delayed and hence released.But release request got rejected from TMP..did anyone faced similar situation?

Once a resource is allocated to the project, he gets locked to the project for 3 months. So TMP has rejected the release request.

That's all about internal politics is going on.....be care full from your side or otherwise they will terminate you. Means upskill your self and give interviews....

I missed onsite offer because of this project.. TMP told as I allocated to this project they didn't allow me to go to onsite project.. after 24hrs of allocation I got onsite offer..I have H1B visa
