All the shit is happening for D Band Guys
TCS is closing all the doors for D band associates and this year they are conducting PIP program although managers says that they are doing well and HRs are claiming that this Pip is a mandatory thing
1.Now they need to go to a performance review for 2 months. Every week you will have a review call
2.you are requested to select a track of either AI,ML ,AWS or Azure and there will be a proctored assessment in "Tcs Premises " and it is a single attempt exam 😐😐😐
TCS people have decided to remove all the D band guys it seems
Be cautious Guys soon they will add the Performance review for C,B bands etc
What happens if can't able to clear the assessment although if the manager ok with the performance
Mostly Termination only It is important to clear assessment they have mentioned like if we are not able to assessment then it will be questionable to the employment
Max D band folks will leave.. Only those who don't have option will think of staying
