Tcs management just misleads the employee and tricks the tcs employee with sympathy cards that company is in loss or quater results are not good and blame the employee on the appriasal structure. This is how tcs making profits through these cheap tricks and tcs is good at dese stuff

TCS is not considering genuine health reasons and even if they consider it is taking forever to get verified things from TCS docs and they are rejecting manyDo you know how that feels ?
