NO you are wrong. In fact it will be the opposite.
Other companies have good salary/hikes(even twice a year) & also did layoff so that's acceptable.
Here, we have peanuts + anxiety about layoffs.
I know many good SENIORS who accepted peanuts + QVA deduction + RTO policies only because they have family & wanted basic job security.
Now they literally have nothing to lose. They will speak up more now. If they leave then they have the capacity to take business with them.
