“All ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES” can anyone explain this term.

It is saying “all eligible employees” i wan to who all are eligible. Also want to know is it increment hike for all or is it only revision to eligible employees.

Who ever got band they would get the hike I believe. There are many people who has not got band due to long leaves and no project during their appraisal period
