C3B and above will get compensation letter but same salary with no hike… There will be a one time bonus mentioned in the compensation email which will be rolled out in October and the amount will be calculated based on RTO for these 2 quarters.

What crap - company showed good results - there is no rationale to stop hikes for any level. Every year c3b and above - letters are released late - whats new in this

Fake. I was part of the compensation meeting. Nothing such sort of things were discussed. In fact, we had many special request for double digit hike for resigned people and many of those were approved.

I have a connection in TCS at SP1 level. He was part of a HR meeting on revised compensation roll out. There he came to know about this. Not sure though whether it will be implemented finally. But there is a chance.

Not till today! So far HR said no timeline they received from Corporate HR for C3B band. This is curical to understand something is being worked upon and surprise might come. Be ready for the same.
