All C3A what is variable % pay in your CTC?

I am planning to ask C3A promotion from C2, I know we won't get full variable from C3A grade onwards may I know what will be the total variable. Just for knowledge. Please share your figures in comments.

Do not ask for c3a, your package will reduce due to high cut in QVA for c3a

I’m C3A and my QAV % is 12% of my salary and I feel don’t ask for promotion. You will not got 3 to 4% QAV if you promoted to C3A

I can say u your monthly In hand salary will increased but your quarterly variable pay will decrease by 70% its means your difference will be almost only 2K per month if u will calculate it . I am already suffering from getted promoted
