RTO is only for scam Boys. If you have less RTO then that's the one big and best valid reason they can give to justify less bands and hikes. So we have to understand that RTO is only for giving less bands not for giving good bands. They are playing us. Don't fall for this just switch Bhai switch. This is god's way of showing that you deserve better.

What I understand is this RTO and other compliance stuff are majorly disqualifiers. You have to stay in the green as a sanity measure, but it doesn't guarantee anything extra. Eg. If there's only 1 B band left in the quota and there's a tie between 2 employees of the same grade same performance, they'll use this RTO, ipf, r factor, etc to do a tie breaker.
