If your manager does not know ask his manager.Every project will be mapped to certain value.and only skill tags of that value can be achieved by you.

This is not project code. Skill tags are corresponding to specific PU/DU. You can get certified as data professional but if you are not in DNA you will not get the skill tags. Similarly for all skill tags you must belong to corresponding delivery unit

This is not error... It shows you have to align to one of those project code to bag that skilltag
