How much Algo trading firm pay to IIT /BITS coders CS profiles with 5-7 years of experience.
I am talking about alphagrep, tower research , milleniim etc I heard they pay north of 4 lakhs monthly to interns..

after 5-7 years your base pay i think stagnates since its more about the bonus (linked to the profits your strats make), your bonus then can be several multiples of your base pay.
