What about the other wrongdoers who support him - Talents Leads, Group Leads, SMs, ADs, MDs who have no idea about technology and management. They are just older. I know atleast one who got promoted to MD from AD at sometime in last 2 years when thousands and lacs of indian employees are recieving no hikes , no promotion. Just think.
