Okay, I feel this cycle won't be as bad as Dec one like many predicting.

Key points

1. Variable pay decisions for eligible per the decisions taken during Dec cycle , means you will get same VP perc this time too.
2. There are 15K promotions in India itself !
3. There will be stay at level increase - including for many those who aren't covered in Dec cycle and in key growth area.
4. Those who got promoted, will know by atleast May26-29
5. Those who getting stay at level hike - atleast by 29th May.

You all will get letter for sure regardless you getting hike or not.
