My flight had been cancelled by Air India, and EaseMyTrip is still not communicating about the status of refund or anything. Does anyone know any government grievance site or portal?
Happened with me back in 2020 when the airline cancelled flights due to the pandemic. EaseMyTrip didn't respond to roughly 4 mails of mine. I did one tweet (from my then mere 40-followers account) threatening legal action. They immediately DM'd, asked for the details and refunded my money in the same week.
My air India flight is cancelled by them. I have requested full refund. When I have booked I have paid 5277, but they are giving only 4924 INR refund amount. Anyone have any idea? What charges they are deducting??
