Air Conditioner

Hey all, I am planning to purchase 1.5Ton 5star AC, usage is heavy, almost 10 hours per day over 7 to 8 months , I have been using Marq for 3 years and no issues for now , but 1.5 ton has bad reviews in Marq , I am using 2 ton from marq

Can someone suggest the best AC which is silent and cools faster and less service

I am using marq 2 ton 3 star from 3.5yrs , no service till date , usage is minimal, i have 1.5ton 5star 2024, been 5 months , usage is very very rare , once a week or twice a week , room is 10*8ft - more than enough for that , you can go for 1 ton if needed

I've switched to all Daikin at my home, replaced ifb, panasonic, videocon acs (all these had one or more compromise)

Daikin ac are very quiet and cools faster than others in Ahmedabad summers (45°c) & no nonsense wifi iot fluff. Bought 1.5 ton 5* 3 units from Flipkart and a single 1.8 ton 5* from Daikin distributor.

If price isn't a concern dad's office had Mitsubishi Heavy ACs for over a decade running almost 16 hrs daily.

I've been using Daikin JTKJ50UV. Not sure if you will find it anywhere now. Its super powerful and energy efficient. Costed me 48k from a local electronics store.

You can go with llyod or carrier if budget is low.

AC/Cooler discussion

I have noticed that many people in Bangalore are purchasing ACs and coolers, which is a rare occurrence. Having lived in the north for almost 30 years, I can help recommend and choose between different variants.
