Aimless life ahead

I've so many things to do, but I end up doing nothing and wasting time on watching reels and corn, I really want to do something but I'm not sure how to get back on the track, I am too indisciplined, too unhygienic, too careless. Please someone say something that could change my life.

Run. That’s all. It gives you clarity. Just Run. 🏃
And keep wearing sports shoes all day every day. Dump that pair of slippers.

Pain of regret is bigger than pain of failure. Stress doesn’t comes from failure, it comes when you know you can do something but end up doing nothing. Let it sink.

My attention span is so ducked up, that I lose attention that I'm stressed. Stress was always my source of motivation

Make a list of things you want to do

Break them down into small tasks

Start with the smallest and easiest task, work your way up to hardest

For example - want to get fitter with exercise.

You can do 5 min walk after every dinner. Then do it after every meal. Takes hardly any effort.

Go up to 10-15 mins once you get comfortable doing 5 mins. Then 30 mins. Once you reach 10-15 you will start feeling fitter already. At 30 mins your legs will be well toned.

If you want to start gym, start with one or two days a week. Get daily pass for gym so you don't have to buy membership and feel guilty for not going.

Just do 30 mins of exercise to start with. Then increase by 15-20 mins every month. That's all.

It might be cause of something emotionally you are not able to process . When we are feeling blank watching reels and not sleeping and then not having energy to do anything and then feeling guilty . It’s a cycle . Start with something small as washing your face when you wake up . Just complete any one improvement task . Clean a portion of your room . Also reduce your screen time , you won’t be able to cut it immediately but it will come down slowly . Also try to understand what incident drove you to run from yourself . People just don’t wake up and become addicted to reels . Usually it’s something traumatic and then we spiral in a hole . And remember you can get yourself into a dark space you can get yourself out .
