Aiming for product based companies

Hi ,I am a sap ui5 developer having 4 years of experience I am aspiring to land in product based companies so what are the skills these companies needed to land a high paying job. Anyone could help it would be a big help and thanks in advance

Having worked on fiori elements and cap projects would be good skill set to have . A bit of custom development also to make it useful . Also would be a good idea to market yourself as full stack now a days , so a bit of hands on node will give you edge .
