Trending @Cognizant; AIA domain PA to A promotion with 3 rating happening or not?
A guy from our project got 4 rating, he's eligible for promotion in October like us(but sadly we have 3 rating) . They generalized rating without even comparing who have contributed more or not. Some people who deserved 2 rating, got 3 (who didn't even have any knowledge of the technology- right now I am not even sorry right now for the judgement). But we got stuck to 3. Now our promotion will also be stuck with the same rating. That guy with 4 rating got the assessment link. So we can expect that he's getting promoted. Manager took update from us about certification and skills. But I see no chance of getting this promotion. It is getting worse day by day. Non bearable. Btw the guy who got 4, deserved 5 rating. But some of us deserved 4 for sure, the contribution we made for the project for hours. We were not limited to 10 hours obviously. That extended to more than 15 hours some days. Moreover the system and higher level made us a🤡
Bhai chutiyapa chal rha. Mera 4 rating hai. Cognizant ko bachaya client ke samne phir bhi nhi de rhe mereko. Pichle quarter bhi nhi diya. Is quarter bhi nhi. Chutiya company and management
The assessment link has nothing to do with the promotion.

Yeah, it all depends on manager and the quota which they have under a project for each quarter, even though I'm billed as Associate, still no updates from higher management on the guidelines for promotions.
True. Don't think about promotions. Otherwise you will get hurt for sure. Every quarter cognizant comes up with a new policy to delay the promotions.
I got 5 rating with billability and all but I didn't get the assessment link
What is this assessment about ? I got 5 ratings and am eligible for SA promotion. But Nobody cares ðŸ˜
Even Ì got 4 star rating joined in May 2022 still no assessment link or promotion discussion with manager. I dont know really whats happewith us.
Even I got 4 rating but I didn't recieved any email for the Foundation Course
