Was thinking of starting up an ai wrapper product which would use llm and nlp to parse policy documents and alert governments. Any scope?

There are opensource free tools available out there. People still pay for other tools. It's about service.

Yes. Rather than govt build for public. Loan documents, insurance documents etc

Yes but hard times monetize as general public anyway doesn't read documents such as agreements and would never pay for the same.
