AI vs human developer
Guys are we trying to avoid a fact intentionally that AI is 100% better than a developer and we are just existing in the organization luckily and can get fired anytime because AI has already replaced developers in all areas?
Just because the company is hun le thats is why we are surviving?
What is your take on this?

Actually it is partially correct. I meant anyway some one has to prompt to make AI code and AI can’t break a system and re-engineer it to create a solution. As far as I have seen, the code output is not optimised contains duplication because in the core AI can’t think, it is just predicting the next token. My take is if anyone purely dependent on AI to create code and run system they never own the system and they can’t make future changes easily. The first release might be quick, the second and later would be delayed exponentially.

Not at all. AI generates code but it is not possible that is architecturally correct. Developers demand will be there Software will be made .so chill and learn the efficient way to organize the generated code.

AI has not replaced developers. It's just a tool that can help developers go faster.
Decades ago if you had a bug you had to look it up in a book. Then you could just Google everything. Did that "replace developers"? No. Same thing now.
Maybe the number of developers will reduce. But at least in my company the sde1s struggle with most tasks even with AI. If PMs and non technical people start writing code everything will break in a week. Even with a million integration tests they will find ways to break it.
Anyway if you think AI has already replaced all developers then either you don't actually understand what AI does or your work was already at an extremely basic level

Start doing jailbreak attempts in your code comments to throw AI off people.
