Breaking into AI/ML as a fresher is hard , ghosting after assignments is disheartening, but sadly common. Focus on building strong personal projects, sharing them publicly (GitHub, LinkedIn), and networking genuinely with people in the field. Instead of mass applying, target startups, open-source contributions, and referrals where your work gets noticed.
