I'm working on an AI project , AI agents , AI integration, AI chatbots etc.
Honestly speaking clients are currently converting high paying positions with humans in loop AI.
We may see a big round of layoffs across the world; Also many roles will merge, Many roles will disappear forever.
how to ups kill to AI ???
Modernization is a challenge with AI. Not easy. But every associate needs to adapt to a changing mindset. When we saw digital transformation before 6 yrs same was the result but ai is different, AI is like a horse we are rider. New roles will come(very soon), once industry realise the importance of AI.
It is good that you are working on AI project but it doesn't means that legacy project will be ramp down soon, 90% clients are not willing to give their database to connect with these AI service providers because of trust issues as theu are yet to be fully refined which will further take atleast a decade. But one thing is sure only high skilled associates will survive, others have to transform themselves quickly otherwise they are going to be kicked off from this rat race
