AI friend or Foe?

I am mid level product manager however work is more like product owner, wanting to get out of it.

I am wondering if anyone has actually solved any real life problem as a product manager be it process or tech issue through AI?

If yes could you share so that everyone can learn an and share similar experience?

Also any tips on how to ride the AI wave?
