AI First Roles at Crossover

I have recently come across the AI First Roles at Crossover.com for IgniteTech . I feel like i have a good chance of getting into one of those roles. The salary is really tempting, but i have come across reviews stating that the job is not stable. The CEO or the management could fire anyone any moment. Any one who has some idea around this?
