Building production agentic AI applications for health-tech (text + voice). Looking for someone with hands-on experience in:

• Complex agent orchestrations & state management • Graph RAG & agent memory systems• Voice AI integration • Healthcare domain knowledge (biomarkers, clinical data) • Multi-modal AI (OCR, document processing) Stack: LangGraph, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Realtime API, LiteLLM, Livekit.

Part-time and remote.
