AI Engineer in a startup - 1 year experience - 9LPA

How much are you guys working in the same field getting, it will be 1 year since I joined in this company and we will have a performance review with CEO and get hikes in the next month, the standard hike in this company for everyone is 20% every year, I would like to know how others are getting paid in the same field to see if I need negotiate for a better hike.
