Got an offer of 25 LPA + 10% bonus + $6k RSU along with my teammates, and one more offer independently of upto 30 LPA CTC (incl bonus) at NielsenIQ both Pune location, which to choose?
Me along with my some of teammates along with my boss has got an offer to work in a US based cybersecurity company who just set a foot in India, at Pune location and is heavily expanding and investing into resources here. Vertical growth may be possible here. But I suspect stability, security issues, WLB, some leadership bureaucracy here
After NielsenIQ approached me, I successfully aced interviews, getting offer upto 30 LPA CTC. Here I will be part of media measurement team, with actual essence of big data pipelines, as well I will be working with GFK Team, looks like high stability and security, good WLB, But I suspect a very horizontal hierarchy here, less scope for growth.
Pls help me make a wise, unbiased choice, and if possible kindly provide reason for your vote, actively seeking guidance.

I'm expecting an offer from Nielsen Media for a Senior Software Engineer position. I have 3 years of experience with a current package of 20 LPA fixed, plus a 3 LPA retention bonus payable over 2 years.
They are offering me 23 LPA fixed...
In Hyderabad also I got decent offer but not the hike which Nielsen offered. What to choose ? Please add your comments on company culture and all
