My company has made using AI for coding mandatory, specifically Cursor.ai. The primary focus now is training everyone to rely solely on AI for prompts and code generation.

Is this the future of software development? Will it hinder my growth as a software engineer? Can I still learn and sharpen my problem-solving skills?
