Agoda Bangkok PM offer

What do you think is the right salary for a strategic PMO role at Agoda in bangkok. I've strategy consulting experience for about 5 years in India.

They are starting negotiations at 100k and I feel that's a bit low based on research. Also, do they provide sign on bonus for non tech roles?

Any inputs would be appreciated.
