In 2021, there was a promotion cycle in mar and September too...that is known as agile promotion

From the last one year or so, the agile promotion is happening only for CL12; For the ones that are due to get the default promotion.

I joined in March 2022 as CL10. Months at level is 34. Will I get default promotion to CL9 ?

Only sub level promotion happens by default, all other promotions depend on your Talent Lead

Mostly the promotion in Feb/mar are default and for very critical resources only... Best don't expect much 😀
