I heard someone there was a meeting held in Banglore planning to implement Agentic AI and other methodologies ..Target to reduce workforce and introduce AI associates to automate.

Meeting mein it was discussed how they lost big projects due to technological shift and no expertise in various domains. Just wait and watch the company with no morals and poor ethics can't stand for long.

What does agentic AI has to do with fall of TCS?? All other companies are doing layoffs for ages and sustaining without morals. TCS is the last one to join them. Our jobs will keep coming and going and organizations will keep growing.

Agentic AI cannot troubleshoot and fix issues we still need human decision making power even if it run 50 scenarios to troubleshoot an issue . So all troubleshooting became easy for sure but cannot be done by AI itself. Same case applies to other roles also prepping an architecture, solutions etc
