It's fine. You focus on either finding a project or an opportunity outside Cognizant. Till 49,50 days you are fine.

You can assume it as the 3rd last warning.. then after 6 more days 2nd last warning.. and then HR will ask you to resign.. 35+6+6 then notice to exit...
