50–60? That’s retirement, not settling 😂 You don’t really settle in a job unless it’s a govt role. In private jobs, it’s all about savings and how early you can exit the rat race. Totally personal choice.

settle mean “no job hoping” and staying in one company.. I am not saying that settle means not doing a job properly.
