Again Higring SCAM in TCS
2 year ago new project has been awarded to TCS.
On initial interview the have hired normally but suddenly most of the people have been hired from a particular company called Accenture Slowly and gradually we came to know that from Team Lead to Tower Head these people are form the same company and worked for the same company or there is an interconnection with each other.
Particular group of people has been hired at high salary package in tcs and also given high designation in the company as compared to previous organization.
People who even don't know how to use vlookup were hired as an Assistant manager.
After Sir Ratan Tata passed away its hurt that there values are been manipulated.
I understand your concerns. It's important to address such issues through proper channels within the company.
There is an proper channel but at management level to save tho company image, all management is at one side .
It's like a person vs full tcs management

2 years ago I was working in an Indian banking project....so a fresher has joined the team...so usually I asked a fresher about their interview process so he graduated m.sc maths pursuing the b.ed. and said that he has given an exam....after qualifying the exam.... simply he got the offer letter..I was like wt ??? No interview process any face to face interview...so he was like no.... simply I got the offer letter and joined the company...when I was giving training to him....it was dammm difficult for me ...I was giving KT detailed documents....still he was not able to understand the things....just coz if this hiring process ...we have to face the problems....same KT 2-3 times wt the hell is this?
