To give lolipop to employees who want to leave project or company. They will initiate visa process with out project. By luck if you get visa they will try to add in separate project but mostly it will fail. Last they will say we tried for onsite but client is not agreeing. Employee would have not taken hike and choosen onsite. Later will say better luck next time and will give minimal hike.
