After TL, MR round Received a documentation mail from TCS on June 26th since then no update. Does anybody have any idea about this ghosting?

Update: Today, I called the TCS candidate requirement toll-free number and they said that hiring is currently on hold. They could not provide a timeline for when offers will be released again, So as this decision rests with higher management.
