Sorry for the odd title but I need to vent. From 3 to 4 percent sub-level movement, to being told after three years that you may jot be considered for appraisal or promotion, you do end up getting a sense of feeling that you’re not being taken seriously. Markets are rough, yes, but how do the leads get multiple promotions. By stopping ours?
Forget this all.
Once in 6 months you shell out 12.5 percent of the mentioned bonus. So, in technicality, we only get 1/4th of the said bonus.
You decide to not share any communication whatsoever and not give it?
Then the ever overused, talk to the lead, talk ti the hr, raise the complaint, this cannot be taken back.
Do people need to kill themself before company realises they are abusing their employees mentally.
How harsh do you think it is fair to make our lives.

Bro aap 3-4% wala kaam kro. Baaki time mein kuch acha padho taki switch maar pao. Don't try to change the company. Learn, upskill and move out😊

Kaam utna hi karo jitna 3-4% me hota hai. Prepare for the switch and certification. Ashe managers don't value their employees.

Job change is the only option. Then they will realise value of employee who work with so less hike. Let the management get work done from ppl they promoted
