JL6 here - had 0 expectations. Was already serving notice period when hike was announced. Got out on time and with a good raise.

I had no expectations from Infy so submitted resignation way before itself.

I guess they saw this coming. STG hiring increased 😂. Interviews happening every week or other.

Ohh so they can hire others by giving 50% hike on their existence package but they cannot retain employees by giving good hikes ?

I got 7.5 percent hike and managers said this was the best they can do. Mind you, in my profile, I'm working for approx 1/2 of the salary, in case they go to market to hire lateral...this is the maximum they can do for their crucial resources

Ohhh you got a pretty awesome hike...... I got 4% and i am working 2 x of the salary and my functionality never delays by single sprint and never went for hotfix .........

It's good you are happy with your hike but not everyone and not everyone has a chill project as you have.

You don't have any idea what others are offering... because you are in your comfortable zone doing 1/2 of your salary work .

So Mind you, this post is not for you, Only for those who feel that they deserve more and they will get it at any cost.
