After Technical rounds at BlackRock. What to expect??
Hey @BlackRock guys, Last week, I had my second round interview at BlackRock for the role of Quantitative Analyst Engineer. The interview went really well and wrapped up on a positive note. Since then, I’ve been waiting to hear back — my application status still shows “In Process” on Workday.
I did manage to get some feedback from HR:
✅ Very Good – Problem Solving ✅ Very Good – Code Writing ✅ Very Good – Communication ⚖️ Average – Core Java ⚖️ Average – Collections 🔻 Below Average – Sets
Now I’m in that classic limbo — waiting to see if I’ll move forward to the Hiring Manager round or not. What to expect???

Update : today HR called me and informed that i have cleared round 2 and will have one Manager round. If you have idea can you please help me What should i prepare for that and what should i expect.

How you got the interview scheduled with them?
I got call from HR. But you can simply apply on their company portal they have multiple opening currently.
@UnevenElement55 did you join the blackrock? How is the culture there?
