For ta once you move to this role the next promotion is at least a min of 4years which is technology lead and hikes depend on manager and management decisions as usually and in associate consultant there will be levels like associate consultant is 4b senior associate consultant 4a consultant 5b senior consultant 5a as such and most probably you will be eligible for next level in over 2 years but moving from 4b to 4a is called progression and not promotion and sal won’t increase and progression also depends on manager slot availability and such
This is wrong. Even in acon, you will need a minimum of 4 years with good performance for promotion to next level. You will get a role progression from 4B to 4A in between but that will not give you any salary hike.
If acon through bridge then it's good otherwise through IJP or normal promotion no major difference.
