After socking policies by TCS, we TCSer deserve some happiness by revise compensation letter what say guy's?

Forget about any appraisal or promotion, after Ratan TATA they have got full licence to fulfill their greediness.

One person can stay in bench for only 35 days then why that person needs to be stay in 90 days after dropping paper?. If they say 35 days only bench period then notice period also should be 35 days. It will be benefit for everyone right.

Boy you will only get happiness once you leave TCS. Forget about revise compensation even if they give it will be peanuts.
