After resigning, how much pressure will the management put on me to continue working? And if I don’t comply, what will the outcome be?

See,once your request is initiated ,the work pressure on you depends mainly on the factors like your dependency on the project and your manager you can get rid of these things by escalating it into higher management of the project so that you could get some relief..But are still failing to comply with these things may lead to bad remark amongst company posing you a major challenge when applying to other companies..would suggest to maintain a minimal balance so that there won't be any issues after initiating NP as you are allocated to a project leading you a smoother exit from the company
