No requests required. You will get a communication from HR about the contact in separation team to meet. Once you meet them, all will be taken care. Just ensure to read the settlement document thoroughly before signing it and handing it over.

I believe you can check with your HR rep on the same or your manager. For my project ex colleagues everything was handled by the manager and HR. They provided the direction about to who and when the asset needs to be submitted.
