After Pursuing Masters In Project Management From USA and was not able to find Job Because of recession

Hello Everyone , I have purused my Master’s in Project Management from USA and also a PMP Certified from PMI. Working In A Product Based Company as A Project Cordinator. Please advice me how should i grow all over again since i got a major set back in usa because of recession . I had no choice but to comeback to my home country. How should i strategize myself all over again and What should be the expected salary i should look for. Need Positive Guidance
